Consultation Process
1. Introduction
Meet your customer service team member who will share the initial steps to get you the information you require. They may ask some screening questions and request medical images to help the surgery teams provide feedback.
2. Initial Feedback
The medical service provider will assess your information and images and provide feedback including your treatment plan, suitability and pricing. This will then be shared with you to ensure you are fully informed.
3. Video Consultation
If you are happy with the initial feedback and would like to continue you can have a video consultation with the surgery team and the surgeon to discuss every aspect of the treatment package. Then you are ready to book your treatment!
